Mlenda, also known as Corchorus, is a nutritious vegetation that can be cultivated in warm and sandy areas in Tanzania.

This nutritious vegetable is consumed by various tribes in Africa such as the Gogo and Ngoni and also consists of rich nutrients, such as vitamins A, C, and K, as well as various minerals such as calcium and iron.
