Tanzania is the safest place to visit in Africa

According to @safaribookings, the online marketplace for African safari tours, in their article on the ‘10 Safest Places to Visit in Africa in 2024,’ written by award-winning travel writer, Heather Richardson from South Africa, Tanzania is considered the safest place to visit.

Tanzania currently holds the top position among ten African countries, including Kenya (2), Botswana (3), Uganda (4), Namibia (5), Zambia (6), Rwanda (7), Mauritius (8), Seychelles (9), and Lesotho (10).

Tanzania has been dubbed ‘safe for travelers’ and has received praise for being ‘crime-free’ during most visits and for having ‘very safe and qualified guides.’
